I cannot make changes to client 000? How else can I import the output type from client 000 to my specific client?

What do you mean with output types??, is it a data element?, a parameter? Im lost!!

if it is in a transport request , you can pull it into the other client throug transaction scc1 in the target client.

Other wise , make some changes in it and then save it in a transport request

and then pull it using tcode scc1 from the other client
