SAP HR consultant vs end users

Hi All,

plz let me know about the basic difference b\w roles & responsibilities of SAP HR consultant & Hr end users?

-> when Hr consultants customize the screens they give data, so do end users maintain that data only & add the new entries?

- > As a Hr consultant do we have to maintain the data of all the employees while customizing or that will be done end-users?

-> Do Hr consultants (freshers)need to prepare the board layout for customizing after interacting with the client or that will be done by core HR?

IN simple terms

if u are in indian pay rolls

u will give training to ur enduser regarding the infotypes that has to be mainintained in Indian pay rolls

Though End-Users may be using the system extensively, Consultants are responsible for initial data load. We need to load the existing data from legacy system into the newly configured SAP system. Consultants are responsible for doing a training session on how these data need to be processed in future.

In simple terms, consultants lay the road and help the end users how to use the road. Since the end users are new to these roads, consultants own the responsibility of loading the data into system.

Hi,

while customizing in Recruiting (Recruiting> applicant activities> create applicant activity types) do we customize the data for each & every application or CV's we receive?
