SAP HR consultant vs end users
plz let me know about the basic difference b\w roles & responsibilities of SAP HR consultant & Hr end users?
-> when Hr consultants customize the screens they give data, so do end users maintain that data only & add the new entries?
- > As a Hr consultant do we have to maintain the data of all the employees while customizing or that will be done end-users?
-> Do Hr consultants (freshers)need to prepare the board layout for customizing after interacting with the client or that will be done by core HR?
