DB13C Windows Oracle Backup without ABAP

Hi

We have a WEBAs 6.40 / Oracle 9.2.05 without ABAP. We would like to Backup from an other ABAP with DB13C.

Have you experience about?

We have following error:

I'm looking for an answer for this issue for a Oracle 10.2 Java DB. I'm having the problem in AIX.
