Interface mapping Object ID 7C4A2690D561349FB04484680A71CBE3 Software Component F6D2A9E0E2B811D7C59AECB40A1145A5 does not exist in runtime cache
Please kindly help in this issue
Hi,
Do a complete Cache Refresh & also Adapter cache refresh and try it out. mean time check whether you have used request & response Message mapping correctly in Interface determination if you are using Sync

Right, I'd suspect cache issue ... Have a look at the SXI_CACHE transaction in XI and the "Cache Notifications ..." menu in the Builder, it could help you locating the cause
