Dear All,

While working with service desk, I am not able to connect to OSS when status is changed to 'Sent to OSS"

I have done rest of the necessary settings on basis side.

But still the problem is not resolved.

Please guide me to resolve the same.

Regards,

Nikhil

Hi Nikhil,

Could you please post the installed software components (with their Support Package Level) on your SolMan system?

Do you see any error message?

Could you describe the steps, how you forward the message to SAP (for example: Create message, add text "Information to SAP", choose action "Sent to SAP", choose <Save>, ...)?

Hi,

I am using Zstatus profile for service desk. Thats why I am not getting "Send to SAP" action in action icon. Otherwise I would have connected to SAP.

Hello

What do you mean by "Not able to connect to OSS " ?

Do you find a Message number updated in the SAP Attributes tab of the Service Desk Message ?

Hi Amit,

I checked. There is no Message number updated in the SAP Attributes tab of the Service Desk Message. All three fields have value zero only.

How can I get that? Does it have any significance to send service desk message to SAP directly?

Does it have any significance to send service desk message to SAP directly?

If you send the message to SAP it will posted to SAP for their support!!

If you are looking for some other information please come back with a detailed question...

Hi,

I am not getting any error. i have also maintained S user id.

But it is unique one. Where any support team member can send the unresolved issue to SAP.

Suggest me how can I assign it to all user? Is it user specific only? Is only S user able to send it to SAP?

The S-USER Id like S0004###### can be maintained in user profile.. SU01 -> Parameters... while posting the support message to market place the system requires this..

Try adding the Parameter id SAPNETUSID and the corresponding s-user of your client....

Parameter id SAPNETUSID is no longer used in Solman 4.0.

Check table AISUSER (see corresponding activity in IMG, transaction SPRO).

It's not yet known,

- which Solution Manager Release was used

- what's the support package level of all installed components
