SAP GUI 6.4 BW addon Missing

Hi,

For the braodcasting workbook.. i have installed GUI 6.40 with patch 30 and BW addon 17_p

when i am trying to installed Precalculated server its giving me an Error BW or BI addons are missing.. Kinldy can anyone will help me why this is happening.. even though i ahve installed add why its not detacting..

Windows XP ...

Immedialte response is appreciated becuase its getting delayed in Prodcution..

Which version of BI are you using? Is it BI 7.0?

you cannot install the BI 7.0 precalculation server on top of SAPGUI 6.40. you must get the 6.40 Precalculation server, even if you are using BI 7.0.

filename of installation package is BExPrecService.msi
