Good day!
As you know the order has a lot of items.
We created the order for a month, for example, with 100 items. During the month another employee has created a lot of shipments from different items of the order.
At the end of this month we need to change all required order quantities in the order items to delivered quantities. But if we do it manualy it will take plenty of time. How can we do it automatically?
We can do "fast changing of" reason of rejection, delivery block, billing block, delivery date and others. What shall we do to change of Required quantities in the sales items to Delivered quantities fast?
Thank you in advance,
Aidar.
Hi Aidar,
You can do mass maintenance using transaction code "MASS".
Use the object type BUS2032 - Sales orders - Execute.
next, select the sales order item data - table MASSVBAP and exectute.
next, give your sales document number and make the required changes.
This will allow you to make changes in objects such as sales orders, purchase orders, customer masters, vendor masters etc. This transaction code will allow you to change multiple changes at a time.......in one or more sales orders.
REWARD POINTS IF HELPFUL
Regards
Sai

Thank you, Krishna Prasad and Sai Giridhar!
We received useful information to continue our way of decision searching. Unfortunatelly, MASS doesn't give a possibility to change the Required quantity field.
