BI content import issue

Former Member

Dear All,

I've completed the installation for the below:

SAP NW2004s SR3 on DB2

However, I have some issue when I executed SAINT to import the BI content. The errors is as below:

The Add-on installation terminated during phase OBJECTS_LOCKED_?

From ST22, here are some of the logs:

Runtime Errors DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR

Exception CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB

How to correct the error

Database error text........: "SQL0954C Not enough storage is available in the

application heap to process the statement. SQLSTATE=57011"

Internal call code.........: "[RSQL/OPEN/DD04L ]"

Please check the entries in the system log (Transaction SM21).

If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to

find an interim solution in an SAP Note.

If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following

keywords:

"DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR" "CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB"

"SAPLSDIFRUNTIME" or "LSDIFRUNTIMEU02"

"DDIF_FIELDINFO_GET"

I've tried solutions from OSS note (644504) but the problem still persists.

Thanks

Regards,

John

Hi,

Database error text........: "SQL0954C Not enough storage is available in the

application heap to process the statement. SQLSTATE=57011"

Not Very sure but just check whether your datafiles or transactional log files are full.Using DB02 or ST04.

Dear Vamshi,

There are a few tablespace reaching 99% and 98% on the DB2. It might have been the problem.

Any advice on how much I should add to the free space?

John

Hi,

Generally check the database growth in the tocde db01.

Depending in how your database is growing you can add.

Probably you can try adding with 2GB intially.

Dear All,

Thanks for the reply.

However, this is just a fresh installation. I've just installed the BW instance a few days back. How does the tablespace gets full so fast?

Regards,

John
