HI All,

i HAVE 5 line itemS having the same key BSEG-XREF1

(20012) should be aggregated by column 5 (BSEG-WRBTR) containing 5 fields and the summed up value will be the offset amount for these line items and this should be posted to the vendor number in column 15 using posting key 31.

how can we acheive this functionality.should i write any UDF?

Hi christoper,

my reqirement is ,i hav post employee expenses form file to SAP,

i hav 5 fields from ( BSEG-XREF1) HAVING VALUE 1000

,they are 5 line items,these

should be aggregated by column 5 (BSEG-WRBTR) containing 5 fields the values for the fields are 2,3,6,4,6.and the summed up value will be the offset amount for these line items and this should be posted to the vendor number,which is in column 15 using posting key 31.

Somu,

I'm not 100% sure of your needs, so please post an XML sample of your source document, it's always better to have the input structure (+ output structure is even better)
