Time Range of phases of implementation

Dear SD Gurus,

Kindly help on the phases of E-to-E implementation along with the time range (in months) to complete. Provide the extended times required for each phases, if any.

hi,

sarat let me tell you that it depends on the company i mean client.

and the size of the organisation and the various modules used.

so it is not as easy to say the duration..

It is very hard to give exact answer but generally for a medium size of company the end to end process took from 6 to10 Months.

It is not as easy to say the duration. Thats ok my friend but I requested, give a range e.g.

Project preparation2-4 Months (a manufacturer of electronic goodsa small co., Godrej a big co.)

Blue Print & Sizing--3-4 Months

1'st phase--2-5 Months(from small to big orgn.)

2'nd phase--3-4 Months
