bi7 workbook precalculation no data

Dear sap guys.

i have installed the sap bw workbook precalculation service and custimzing the precalcuation server in the bi tcode rsprecadmin.

when i test the precalculation, always get the bank excel with the message line "There are variables; change variable values." no the data line appear.

Hi,

What support stack are you on. We had a similar problems with wookbboks are precalc server. We raised it with SAP they confirmed we go to Support Stack 13.

Thanks for your feedback, i have alredy set the auto refresh option in workbook. This error always raised.

Hi:

Try ticking the box to refresh automatically the workbook when you open it. This can be done in your workbook settings.
