" APPLICATION NOT FOUND" while deploying Web dynpro java Application

Hi, I am getting a message that "application not found " While deploying the web dynpro java application .......... please give me a solution for this .

Welcome to SDN Ram!

Restart the server and try again. If does not work then go to Visual Administrator, Navigate to SDM and search for you WEb Dynpro Application undeploy it and redploy it from NWDS.

Hi Ramprasad

There is a problem with your NWDS installation or may be with configuration,If Server is properly configured the application is deployed in the server.

So you please check the NWDS installation and configuration once again.If you want to run the program go to content Administrator

Left side find your deployable object see the application and run from there.I got this problem so many times,its bcz of correct installation and config.

Check with Restart of server also

Hi Ram,

This error comes generally when your webdynpro project does not have an application. To create an application in your webdynpro project follow the underlying steps:

<Project>->WebDynpro->Applications ---> right click and create New Application.

Follow the steps to create the application.

Now if you create archive and deploy, it will not give you the error again.
