Increase length of number

Hi All,

In transaction XK02 under payment transactions i want to increase the length of Bank account from 18 to 20.

How can i go about it.

First change the country settings OY17 and then increase the bank key or acct.

In vendor master data or customer master data it is possible to enter the bank details. The entry of the fields Bank key (BNo), Bank account and Control key (CK) depends on the bank country.

For e.g. In China, the bank account number is longer than 18 digits and may contain hypens.

The first part (up to the first '-') of the bank account number is to be entered in the 'Bank key' field and the remaining part in the 'Bank account number' field.

Example 1: 079629-04122604361 (Bank account number)

079629 in the 'Bank key' field

04122604361 in the 'Bank account number' field

Example 2: 045-0130072-45 (Bank account number)

045 in the 'Bank key' field

0130072-45 in the 'Bank account number' field

Hi,

I do not think it is possible as in th country code setting max. length of the bank account number is 18 only.
