goodafternoon Gurus:

for a sales order number 42 how will i know whether a delivery is done or a invoice is done...how to check.

Hiya,

Check the Sales Order Document flow. It should tell you whether the document has a delivery, billing, or if a Purchase Order was created on the back of it, it provides that info as well.

Alternatively, you can look up table VBFA. Enter the Sales Order number as the preceeding number and look for all subsequent numbers. The document type will tell you what type of document it is (Delivery, Billing, etc.)

Hi,

there are many ways of doing this.

1. Check the document flow.

VA03 --> Input the order number 42 --> you can see an icon (document flow) near to the tick mark. Click the document flow icon, you may be able to see the subsequent documents (delivery, billing..etc) created from the sales order.

2. Go to the order VA03 --> Environment --> status overview.

You can see the status of the order with all the sunsequent documents.
