Quotation Status

Dear all,

When i am creating Sales Order with reference to Quotation, it copies all the details. but when i am doing Delivery,PGI & Billing and see the document status it still shows the quotation is being Proceed. It dosenot show the message completed in doucment flow.

But all order Delivery show the message completed.

Also when i am creating another Sales Order wrt to same Quotation it shows it completely refernced.

Also it dosenot reflect in Open Quotation also then why it shows the message Being Proceed.

Plz send me some solution for the same.

you could create a second sales order with reference to quotation.

It means your quotation was not completely referenced when you created first sales order.

Hence you were getting message 'being processed'.

In the quotation item category details VOV7 change the completion rule to B .then once you completely copy the quotation qty then in the document flow , you can see as quotation has been completed

But if you copy the quotation qty partially to order then system will show as quotation is being processed only

I checked In the quotation item category details VOV7, the completion rule B is there but still it shows the Document is being proceed.

Hello,

You may go to VA23 --> go to the quote --> environment --> status overview. You may understand why it is showing as 'being processed'. Here you can see the header level and item level status of the quote.
