Shopping Cart Change After Follow on document is created

Hello Friends:

Do you know if it is possible to change a SC when a Follow on document against it has been created?? for example if a Bid Invitation or a PO?

If any of you have done this before could you provide me with some recommendations to achieve this?

If not I have one more question. If I have an external requirement that has been send to SRM and I have completed a Bid Invitation process against it, I mean I have created a PO and send it back to the ECC. And after that the original PR in the backend needs to be changed. Can we delete the PO and change the original PR in order to send this as a new external requirement in SRM??

For the first and the second question, I think you can't do that.
