Authorization While Perform PI/XI Health Check

I created PISUPER_SG which is a copy of PISUPER. The PI team has requested this new id so that they can perform a health check. So this new id also has SAP_ALL but only for 2 days that they needed it.

So they have started the health check today, unfortunately, they are getting a "You are not authorized to view the requested resource" error when they go into the system information .

PISUPER_SG and PISUPER are identical in all ways (roles and profiles) except that PISUPER_SG is a dialog user. The roles assigned are:

- SAP_BC_AI_LANDSCAPE_DB_RFC

- SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR

- SAP_XI_CONFIGURATOR

- SAP_XI_CONTENT_ORGANIZER

- SAP_XI_DEVELOPER

- SAP_XI_MONITOR

Is there any more roles that should be assigned?

Hi Litz,

Can you please check any parameter got assigned to the main user which is not assigned for the

copied user? Parameter also matters!

Already did. There are no parameters in both ids.

What roles should be assigned to PISUPER_SG in the System Information? I think I'm missing this part.

Try giving SAP_J2EE_ADMIN role to the dialog user.
