WORK ITEM CREATED

Hi,

We are using WPUWBW01 to bring goods receipt data.

I'm doing this GR with respect to a PO.

In some cases where the PO is not available, this idoc gets processed and shows Green (Status 53).

But in wper it is under documents "to be processed". With status"Work item Created".

What does it mean? "Work item Created".

This document is also not available in SAP.

I dont want this "work item to be created". If there is no PO it should give an error message. Is this possible?

How to do that?

Hi Shakti,

This is happening because the workflow is activated for the POS interface monitor(WPER transaction).

As long as the Idoc is shown in status 53 it means it has been successfully posted.

Hi Shakthi,

The work item is part of the workflow and the information is sent to the concerned employee and henceforth it is his/her responsibility as per the organizational plan.

Once the status is green it means the idoc has been successfully posted in the system.
