what is IS UTILITIES?

i also want to know the role of a abapper in this field.

Hi sharad,

to get a good overview of what SAP IS-U/CCS means you can follow this link:

http://service.sap.com/utilities -> "SAP for Utilities - Product Information" -> "IS-U/CCS" -> "General" -> "Cookbooks&Guidelines".

You can visit the following link also: http://help.sap.com -> "SAP for Utilities" -> Languages: English. It's only release 4.72 but I think it's sufficient to get a first overview of the whole topic of SAP IS-U/CCS.

The last chance would be to book a classroom training directly at SAP: https://service.education.sap.com -> search for course "IUT110: Introduction to the IS-U/CCS System"
