Adobe Reader Error

Dear All,

I'm working on Interactive forms in CE 7.1,Netweaver 7.1, Adobe Reader 8.1along with Adobe LiveCyscle Designer 7.1,I have created an interactive form Now when I'm trying to activate the form it says error during activation. The error is

ERRO|20080425182543|MEGG.SjdFormCompView.InteractiveForm_3900|CAdobeCtrl::GetAdobeComInterfaces|SetLogLevel failed for SAP.FormsAutomation.1|HRESULT=-2147023170(Remote Procedure Call failure)

ERRO|20080425182548|MEGG.SjdFormCompView.InteractiveForm_3900|CAdobeCtrl::GetAdobeComInterfaces|CoCreateInstance failed for SAP.FormsAutomation.1, giving up|HRESULT=-2147221164(No registration categories)

And otherwise the pdf open often cost long time to load.

Could you help me solve this problem by telling me what else should I check to make sure I can activate the form.

Hi,

Check whether ADS is configured and credentials are available.

In SE38 run the program FP_PDF_TEST_00 with input value as ADS, this should give the ADS version. If this throws SOAP runtime exception then check the web service.

ADS was configured , i download credentials form website
