URL in SRM

Hi.

We have 2 requirements of creating URL in SRM.

1. URL from SRM linking to external site, means, a link clicking which a page in differnet site will open.

2. I have created an ABAP program, and associated with a Tcode of type "Easy web transaction". It was asking for a service. Si i created a service under ITS through SICF. Now this Tcode is visible from SRM web page. But on clicking this, error is coming as "service not available".

Pls suggest a solution.
