Former Member

Hi All,

Am having scenario that i need to send RFQs from SRM EBP to SRM SUS.

& SAP provided Standard Content & that was imported in to IR.

In EBP I have Standard Interface for RFQ as RequestForQuotation_Create_Out in namespace http://sap.com/xi/EBP.

In SUS am not having such type of standard interface as RequestForQuotation_Create_in.

Can anybody please tell me which interface i can use or what terminology is using for RFQ in SUS.

Best Regards

siva

Hi,

For RFx scenario with SUS, you do not need to send RFx to SUS. When supplier logon to SUS, Bid Invitation menu is available in the role SAP_EC_SUS_BIDDER. When supplier selects the Bid Invitation menu, Single Sign On works and Bid Invitation screen in EBP comes up.

Hi,

The user who has SAP_EC_SUS_BIDDER role should have Bid Invitation menu.

Do you see the Bid Invitation menu ? If not please check the role assignment.

Is it logon problem to EBP after you selected the Bid Invitation menu ?

or No Bid invitation is listed ?

What is the result when bidder logon from EBP logon screen ?

Make sure that Bid Invitation screen is EBP client.

Make sure that Bid Invitation has been submitted to the vendor

Hi,

When we login in EBP as a vendor employee we are able to see the bids.

But when we login in SUS as a vendor employee we are not able to see the bids.

Siva.

Hi,

We have changed the url as below.

https://sandboxsrm5.bhelhyd.co.in:8400/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbp_bid_inv/sap-client=101

Client as follows.

100 - SUS

101 - EBP

Still we are unable to see the bids in SUS = 100 client login.

Siva.

Hi,

Thanks a lot for your inputs.

Now our URL is

https://sandboxsrm5.bhelhyd.co.in:8400/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart?sap-client=101

When we click on bid invitation in SUS login we are getting following error

SSO logon not possible; browser logon ticket cannot be accepted Choose "Logon" to continue A dialog box appears in which you can enter your user and password

If we give userid and password manually again on this screen we are able to see the bids.

Can you please confirm the SSO logon configuration steps.

Regards,

Siva.
