Why system proposed schedule lines on deferent date instead of material availability date.
I have created an order on 07.04.2008 we have given required delivery date on 31.03.2008 in schedule lines system proposed the delivery date on 10.04.2008
material has posted on 07.04.2008.
In Order Controls Lead time in days is -0, MRP views are not maintained for the material. It is Scrap material.
The material having 3 batches for the total quantity all the batches are posted on same date.
Item Material Quantity Batches Batch created Date
10 20080410 10 01 07.04.2008
20 20080410 20 02 07.04.2008
30 20080410 05 03 07.04.2008
Why system proposed schedule lines on 10.4.2008 instead of proposed on 07.04.2008.
Why did you mention required delivery date as 31.03.2008 (i.e. why did you backdate) when order was created on 07.04.2008? Any reasons?
Since you have checked everything, why don't you check customer master record for this customer? Did you maintain any 'Goods receiving hours' in Unloading points Tab?

The date you see on the schedule line screen is the delivery date: The date on which the goods reach the customer's door!
So even if the material is available in your factory on 07.04, and it takes 3 days for the goods to be picked, packed, loaded and for the journey to reach the customer's door, then the delivery date will be shown as 10.04.
To check if this is true, you should select the schedule line and select the big button at the bottom called 'Shipping'.
