Text in shipping label

Hello Gurus,

Can you please tell me the way to appear text in shipping label from materail master (the text is specific to material).

Maintain the text you require in the Sales Text area of the material material and do the text detemination so that the same is reflected in the Delivery as well.

In the Texts under Sales Order ( you can go to Header/Item - Texts) and create your texts under shipping instructions. I hope this helps.

Hi,

If you want to copy the text from delivery document to shipping label printout, you need to use the functional module to get the text from the delivery doc.

Based on Delivery Number (VBELN), Item Number (POSNR) and TEXT ID go to the Functional Module READ_TEXT through transaction SE37 and enter the selection as above three fields data then system gives the text of the delivery.
