Dear all,
we have created one customer as ship to party earlier and now we want to change the same customer as sold to party.The
system does not allow this to happen?please advice what should be done to overcome this problem.Suitable reward points are assured for timely support.

pl check the new account group field group, whether the fileds in new one is same as old account group. i.e if u have marked suppress for particular field in old account group ,then it should be also same in new account group.I had tried in my sandbox.pl check and reply

Hi Srinivasan,
You can user XD07 to change the Customer account group.
But If there are still SD documents in the system
the partner role and the customer. Changing the account group
potentially means that these documents are not processed.
Check if anydocuments are exist prior to change.

Thankyou all very much for the support provided.
I have already checked these possibilities but the system is not allowing me to change the account group from ship to party to sold to party.It Flags an error 'The planned change is not allowed as the following field groups would be masked by the new account group."
