Tc:ovl3- determine picking location/storage loc,

depends on :-

Shipping point + del plant + storage condition = storage loc.

Shipping point - Sales order copied in del

Del plant - sales order copied in del

storage conditions- copied from Material master -Plant data/stor.1

before that Storage loc det'nrule assigned to specific del typpe-

based on that this location determination happend in del

Rueles:

MALA - Shippig point/plant/storage cond-

RETA - Plant/Situation/Storage cond

MARE- MALA, then RETA

or else,

from USEREXIT- MV50AFZZ

Rule for determining storage locations how the system determines the picking location when you create a delivery without entering a storage location for the items.

Storage location determination: SPRO- IMG-LE-Shipping-Picking- Det picking location -Assign Picking locations.

Then in Define rules for picking location. assign MALA, RETA or MARE to the delivery Document Type.

Also in OVLK u can check the details of the delivery document type. Under Document Contect - Storage Location Rule.

try this, go to IMG > LOGISTICS EXECUTION > SHIPPING > PICKING > DETERMINE PICKING LOCATION > Storage Location Determination with Situation.

A material can be stored at several storage locations. To store data specific to each storage location, you must create the relevant material master record (or extend an existing material master record) for each storage location.

Storage location is assigned to plant. So while creating material master u have select plant and storage location. and While posting the material also we have give plant and SLOC. So as soon as u enter the sales order the system automatically pick up the plant and storage location.
