copy control of return SO to Standard SO problem

Hi all

I have received some information popup when i have set up a copy control from a return sales order to a standard sales order. I have no clue why these are information messages are comming

1) Copying ZRN DN to ZSN is not defined

Message no. V1473

The system does not have any settings for copying from ZRN DN to ZSN.

where ZRN = return sales order type & ZSN = standard sales order type.

But the copy does happens and its just a information message

2) Item 000020 is a of a BOM material so cannot be copied

Message no. V2104

Diagnosis

Item 000020 of document 500000345 is a component of a bill of material that, according to Customizing, needs to be re-exploded. Therefore, the system does not copy it.

System response

Item 000040 is not copied.

But the components of BOM material do get copied but i get this error log

Please let me know if any one had faced a similar problem when coping one sales order into a another sales order using copy controls VTAA.

I do not know of any process, where by creating a Standard Sales Order with reference to a Return order.

Whats the need to do so ??

Normally the vice versa happens,

You are trying to bypass the standard logic.

but again if you have set the customizing on your wish then what are the data transfer routines and requirement routines you have assigned to the copy control setting.

for the BOM and Free goods cases, the BOM Components are not copied but instead the parent item is copied and the BOM re-explodes again in the sales order.
