Blocked customer sales area vise through VD05

Hi Friends,

I have blocked a customer through VD05 where I am not able to create inquires, quotations, sales orders, but i am able to create contracts.

Kinldy advice me can i create a contract even though i block him through VD05, if so what should i do to block him for contracts.

Further Information

In the screen VD05 I have choosen

Sales order block

Selected sales area 01 Overall block

Remaining felids I left blank.

I would be very thankful if any one help me.

Thanks a lot. I have tested it and its correct. But i think my client thinks thatit should also block the creation of contracts any way i will update him.

Can you please tell me how can we stop creating contracts too..Is any Bspok required for this if the client needs this kind of requirement.

Hi,

Contracts are not the actual orders, they are of no value, until the release orders are created. The release orders are the actual orders.

if you try to create a release order with reference to a contract, you will get the error message again.

Try this and let me know .

Also Contracts do not have schhedule lines..
