We have an alert category defined and the rule alongwith it. The rule is for any error happening on any interface, this particular alert will be raised.
When we run a particular scenario and the error happens, the alerts are not getting triggered and the emails are not being sent. When we run the RSALERTTEST - we do get the emails. so the email configuration is done properly.
When we goto the SLG1 - there is no error being logged even for the errors happening from the XI scenarios (we do see the logs for the RSALERTTEST originated messages).
