No workflow triggered when ordering a shopping cart

Hello SRmer's,

I am working on SRM 5.0 with an extended classsic scenario.

I deactivated WS14500015 and activated WS10000060 and WS14000075 .

Moreover I activated sub workflo WS10000049 and WS10000203 and applied note OSS 962488 ("Workflow definition '&' not in version '&' (WD 401)), executing function module SWD_WFD_REPLICATE_FROM_9999 giving parameter the workflow ID WS14000154.

When trying to order a shopping cart this is what I got:

"No approval workflow found. Inform system administrator ".

I re did my customizing and checked everything was ok, and tried to apply some of the answers on the forum but nothing happened.

Please help!

Check whether the required WF's are active and the start conditions are in sync with the Shopping cart creation. This error normally is raised when it doesn't find a matching WF.

It was in fact in the starting conditions: a workflow was deactivated.
