SO01 showing incorrect user info

Hello,

When i go into T-code so01, I see the screen as Business workplace for

<somebody_esle's_name> instead of Business work place for <my_name>.

The problem is not with all the users, but only with my user Id.

When i send the email from SAP inbox to outlook, the email is being

received in outlook, but it is showing as if it is received from that somebody_else rather than me.

Can someone please help and let me know how to change the settings so that it shows me the correct name?

Hello,

You need to check two things.

1. Start transaction SU01 , put your userid and hit change mode. On the first tab itself, check if your own email address has been maintained in the communication section. If not, set it right.
