Solution Manager interface

Hi,

Can anyone give me assistance in the following requirement:

When a call is created in solution manager (v4), I need to transfer the data through XI to an external help desk and visa versa.

Where do I start?

There does not seem to be any Pre delivered SOL MAN content on the Service market place.

That means you willhave to write some RFC's or Abap proxies on SOL MAN.

The call centre application will probably have to expose a web service for you to consume. If not you will have to do it with some sort of file (FTP) mechanism.

It still will be a bt of work to get this done.

I have no issues writing a proxy or RFC, where will I set this up from SOLMAN when a service call is created?
