Publishing Catalogs in Background

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to publish catalogs in a Background Job? (we use CCM 2.0)

And more in general, which functions of CCM 2.0 can be executed in a background job?

Hi,

Use the following program to schedule as background job

/CCM/PE_START_REG_PUBLICATION

FYI... create variant for the master/procurement catalog which you want to publish in "Object id'.

Hi,

Please check the finished job list in SM37.

All authoring, mapping and publication functions are handled in background. Your manual action in front end just triggers the background job.
