2 overviews needed

Hello Guys!

hope you can help me out with these issues:

question 1:

Is there some overview in the system where i can see which user, is using which smartform (and maybe some extra data)

so for example:

user A : smartform X

user A : smartform Y

user B : smartform X

user C : smartform Y

In that way we can determine which forms are used intense and which do not realy need our attention...

question 2:

Is there an overview that shows you for every smartform a sort of change history

for example:

form X - changed by user A - date - added footer

form Y - changed by user A - date - deleted footer

or where should I describe/comment changes i made to a smartform?

1.In smartforms check in utilities-->form information.

thx for your reply shiva,

the overview i'm getting from this (utilities > form information) is not showing me what I need

when changing a smartform we want to know who we need to inform that we adapted "their" smartform (end/key-users)

so when we want to change smartform X, we need to know which of the users have used (printed) this form for exaple this week...

in that way we can contact them, ask if they have any remarks about the changes and then transport these changes to production.

hope there is a way to find out ...
