Exchange Infrastructure CRASH while alert setup

Hi,

This is travis, I setup for Alert using ALRTCATDEF and Add roles in RWB, its works fine, when alert mail XI server is crash for 5 to 10 munites.. trace log, someing look like IDOC problem and some java adaptor...

do you have an idea where should I check first... and why its crashed...

I think we will need at least actual error messages, or traces to help you ...

Hi, In XI 3.0 we setup alert messages for XML and define roles in RWB, we getting eamil but after that getting an error messages in log and server crashed for 5 to 10 munites.... is anyone has idea why its like that?
