Hi anuroop,

We can get the mails triggered from central auto reaction methods, in

RZ21 - technical infrastructure---- assign central auto reaction methods.

We need the ccms agent running on the monitored systems for this.

it uses the ccms rfc to communicate the data with solman.

rest configuration is same if u go by creatin the auto reaction methods in the sattelite systems.

SCOT configuration and activation of profile parameters etc..

for this u can refer to note 455140, same stems but in solman system itself.

Please let me know if u have any doubts.

Kaustubh.

Hi,

check for any time zone differences in t-code STZAC, and correct them for the clients.

Also u could try with the parameter TIME ZONE in the method definition.

Kaustubh.

As you said i went to transaction STZAC in client 300 and changed the timezone setting but still the same case, if i send mails at 12.00 and it automatically takes a wait time till 13.00 that is one hr wait time and then reaches the mail to receiver.

REgd the method defitnition inn which transaction i should change . I am not able to find TIME zone parameter .

The job scheduled is for every 5 minutes.

please help

thanks

Hi anuroop,

In SOST what is the status text , when the messages r under the wait time?

You r using the user in client 000 to send the mails right?

Then change the time zone in 000.

Check the user time zone in the defaults tab in SU01, is it the same?

next job schedule is done right?

now check if you r able to send the mail immediately manually, through SBWP?

TIME_ZONE is the parameter to be added in the parameters tab in method definition.

TIME_ZONE EST/UTC/CET/

just an example.\

Please let me know , if there is still a delay.

Kaustubh.
