/people/prateek.shah/blog/2005/06/08/introduction-to-idoc-xi-file-scenario-and-complete-walk-through-for-starters - IDoc to File

/people/venkat.donela/blog/2005/03/02/introduction-to-simplefile-xi-filescenario-and-complete-walk-through-for-starterspart1 - File to File

The scenario depends on ur receiver sys and in which format it is accepting the data...

Thanks,

Hi,

File to File:

U need to sysnchronise the data between two legacys sytems and the legacy system accept the data in the form of file that time u go for File to File scenarios.

File to JDBC:

Again u need to update the data into the JDBC data base of the customer or client that time u go for File to JDBC scenario in this case u r accepting the data in the form of file and client has Database which stores the information.

File to IDOC:

Suppose u have sned the sales order to cusotmer in the form of IDOC to Client (File) and client send the order confirmation back to SAP in the form of File but at the SAP R3 side it is inbound orders confirmation IDOC which will be used for updation of confirmation in R3 table.

there can be many requirement.
