Customer Service DP90

Hi Expert,

First i create service notification then service order in customer service, then goods issue to this order.

When i want to request billing with DP90, the following error occured:

"Error during material determination for service order "

Please help.

Check the transaction ODP1, in this configuration for dynamic items check for the material determination.

Hello,

If you are billing from the actual costs occured in the repiar, then you have to check the billing from costs option in DOP1,

I am also not sure about the material determination part in that.

Hope for that material you are using will have the Material Determination.Please check the relevant settings.
