In sales order screen, is there any possibility to give choice to end user to select i.e., like RUSH ORDER, CASH SALES, NORMAL ORDER.

I want to do it in va01 only.

This is possible.

In Tx VOV8 for Order Type (Ex - OR) please fill the fields

Alt.sales doc. type1, Alt.sales doc. type2 with your required sales doc type Ex RO and CS.

Then when the user creates an OR in VA01 and enters into the screen for entering the Sold-to, material etc, he will have an option for seleecting the RO or CS

In the Sales Order, Initial Screen, Entering Sales Order Type is mandatory. Sales order type are like Rush Order, Cash Sale, Normal Order, ...........

Hi Trivikram,

You can restrict the creation of various kinds of sales orders by various users by the usage of transaction variants and screen variants.

Pls check in this forum itself, on transaction variants. I am sure you will get enough information on this.

Hi,

You have this option.But not inside the sales order screen.

When you enter TC VA01, you will get a screen where you need to enter the sales order type and the sales area data.

Here u can enter whether it is a standard order, rush order or a cash sale..

Mr. Raghav, i got ur point but depending upon the order entered in va01, the price will differs.

1) Is a single pricing procedure is enough to get 3 different prices by maintaining

3 different condition types.

2)can i make condition type

pr00 as mandatory in pricing procedure

3)should i maintain 3 different pricing procedures for 3 different orders

No need to maintain 3 diff pricing procedures.

instead of maintain condition records as doc type specific for ur cond type.

but i dont understand, hwo the price is depends on doc type?

why you want to give diff price for diff doc types?

Hi,

while craeating sales order - VA01 ,

User has to enter doc type )eg: OR, CS, RO.

if you want to resrict the users, that they can only access particular doc types.

you can do it by authorization.

Consultant ur basis.through userdi we can give authorization ,so that they can access allowed/permitted doc types like OR,RO & CS
