Reassignment of Inspection Plan

Hi Friends,

We have a more than one inspection plan for a material with same usage

Suppose by mistake users have assigned wrong inspection plan then how can we change that assigned inspection plan and again assigned correct inspection plan.

we are using both inspection type 03 and 89

if anybody have some idea regarding this issues pl help me.

Hi

You have both inspection types 03 & 89.

Inspection type 03 , you need not worry , becauuse it is not by inspection plan & it is by routing.

Only in inspection type 89,, if it is not recordede the results, try in change mode to delete the assignment &reassign.

Hi,

For I type 03 - In process insepction, it will read the routing not insepction plan, so there will be no worry.

For type 89 if you have to reassign teh correct T List then do....

1. QA02. Cancel the assign ment (Inspection Lot--> Function --> Withdraw Approval.

2. QAC3. Cancel the samples (If required as per your process design)

Then Go to QA02 again and assign the corect one.

Follow this process, it will surely HELP.
