Read receipt after deliver the mail in action profile

Dear all,

I have configured the action profile once the user change the status mail will trigger to the respective user.

My problem is Once the mail has been delivered to the user,,,, Read receipt ( Delivery report) also going to the respective user but that Read receipt is not required how to restrict that read receipt.

Hi!

Not sure if this is just a confirmation used by the system but you might check TX: SCOT -> Settings -> Confirmation of receipt.

I never came across a delivery report when defining action profiles and conditions.
