smarform address

Hello All,

We are using smartform for printing address of sales organisation.We have used address window and has passed relevent address number to it.

It is printing Name1,Name2 Po Box ,country.But not printing other fields.I have checked in ADRC table other fields like Name3 etc are present, so why is it not printing those fields.

Is it that we have to retrive these values or is it that somewhere we need to define these fields.

hi,

the address format is predefined. we cant mention which fields need to be printed like that. up to my knowledge im telling.

based on the address no, it prints. the formats r setted based on the type of address like personal addree, organisational address etc...

hope u gt some idea.

Take a look at the documentation for function module ADDRESS_INTO_PRINTFORM, this explains how the address node sequences the available address fields.
