sapccmsr ---- shutdown in rz21

Hi,

In rz21 while monitoring the systems. status is displaying as shutown, If i try to change to online within few minutes its changing to shutdown.

Example :

sap_ccmns_hexsap_exi_03_x destination : sapccmsr.hexsap.03 status shutdown .,

I tried to test the connection its displaying as

rfc destination as error :communication status :

bean sals_ms_get_local_ms_info not found on hexsap,progid-hexsap.sapccmsr.

anyone have idea on this...how to solve this one.

Hi,

I too got the same error while setting up systems for training.

Please create RFC connection for - hexsap.sapccmsr in visual administration of monitored system in JCO RFC provider service. Also check your SAPCCMSR agent service (windows), process (Unix) is running.

Thanks for the reply.

But i already registered the program in jcorfc provider and also the services are started(windows).

I dont know why its showing like this.Any idea from yourside?

Please try to unregister CCMS agent once and clean everything (RFC, RZ21 information) and register once again, check CSMREG user is not locked, reset it's password and register once again.
