How to assign staffs to an activity in Project System

do anybody know how to assign staffs to an activity in Project System?

Hi,

When you assign work center to activity, a new tab 'Person Assignement' appears provided the work center has persons assigned to it. You can assign persons on this tab.

I already assigned work center to the activity but no tab appeared. May we have to activate a indicator to use this option?

Hi,

You need to tick 'Capacity reqmts' in Network header. The default setting can be made in network profile (Tcode: OPUU). Be sure that your work center has persons assigned to it.

You may also find it easier to assign using transactions CMP2 or CMP3

It depends upon who in your organistaion is responsible for assigning the resource to the Projects

i.e. Projects or Work Centre Managers
