SAP ECC 6.0 product is missing in SLD - Can I import it from any file?

Hello All,

I am doing IDOC to file scenario in PI7.0 and ECC 6.0. When I am trying to configure Technical system - I am running this problem as my IDOC is coming from ECC 6.0. I have created all RFC and ports.

When I am trying to create Technical system - I don't see product listed. It has SAP ECC 5.0 not 6.0

Please help me in solving my problem.

Hi,

I would recomend you register the technical system directly from ECC by using the Data Collector function in transaction rz70

you would need the SLD system host name and the gateway for registering the tech system automatically..

Hi,

It's not mandatory to assign product 6.0 only

to your techniucal system. at least assign one

product to tech system so assign 5.0 and

configure it. It will work.
