Security Role for QM

I am creating a supervisor role for QE51N. I want the supervisor to be able to enter results, validate, and complete the process. Say if they enter results, I don't want them to be able to complete the process for themselves, only for other users. Any thoughts, suggestions or ideas on how to accomplish this?

No. not via normal security. You would have to utilize user exits at different points to verify that the person doing step B is not the same as the person doing step A.
