Hi,
Is it possible to migrate sap script to smartform in all the versions?
As i am using 4.7 R/3.
Hi,
You can do it by following procedure
Procedure
Migrating a SAPscript form to smartform
Go to the SAP Smart Forms initial screen (transaction SMARTFORMS ).
In the Form field enter the name of the Smart Form you want to create.
Choose Utilities ® Migrate SAPscript form.
The dialog window Migrate SAPscript Form appears.
Enter the name and the language of the source form (SAPscript).
Choose Enter.
This takes you to the change mode of the SAP Form Builder.
If the selected SAPscript form does not exist in the selected language, a dialog window appears on which you can select one of the existing languages.
Now change the design of the form and of the form logic. To activate the Smart Form choose Activate.
Rewrad points if usefull

Hi Poonam,
You cannot do it directly. But there is a work around for this. Download the sap script onto your computer using RSTXSCRP from say server 1. Then upload into server 2 using the same program. Now you can migrate this script to a smartform.
Look program SF_MIGRATE(SAPscript forms from which to generate SAPSmart Forms:)

Hi
There is no point in migrating all SAPscript forms already in use. Since SAPscript can still be used and will be available in the future, there is no need to. If you plan to migrate a SAPscript form, it is recommended that you check whether benefit is worth the effort involved.
Conversion of SAPSCRIPT to SMARTFORMS
SAP provides a conversion for SAPscript documents to SMARTforms.
This is basically a function module, called FB_MIGRATE_FORM. You can start this function module by hand (via SE37), or create a small ABAP which migrates all SAPscript forms automatically.
You can also do this one-by-one in transaction SMARTFORMS, under
Utilities -> Migrate SAPscript form.
You could also write a small batch program calling transaction SMARTFORMS and running the migration tool.
thnx
Sravani.
