Hi Lucky,
Free of Charge is normally when the products are given to the customers for free. Either they can give as a campaingn like if customer purchases product A and he will get product B as free. This is normal free of charge.
Free of Charge Subsequent Delivery this is normally given when customer already purchased some products and shipped and invoiced normally. But if the materials are damaged during transit. Then compnay will send the stock again for the same materials. This is called Free of charge Subsequent Delivery.
Hope this is clear.
Reward if helpful.
Thanks

Hi Lucky,
Free of charge Delivery :
A free-of-charge delivery is used to send a customer a free sample of your products.
A sales document for delivering goods to a customer free of charge.
Use
You can create free of charge deliveries for sending samples of your products to the customer. The system will then generate a delivery based on the free-of-charge delivery.
Structure
A free-of-charge delivery is a type of sales document just like the standard order. For more information on sales documents.
Free of Charge Subseqauent delivery :
If the customer complains (for example, that they received the wrong quantity) you can send them the extra material later free of charge. This free-of-charge subsequent delivery always refers to a sales order.
A sales document used in complaints processing for making a subsequent delivery of goods to the customer, free of charge.
Use
You can create a free-of-charge subsequent delivery if, for example, a customer receives too few goods, or if the goods have been damaged in the shipment. The system uses the free-of-charge subsequent delivery to create a delivery.
Structure
A free-of-charge subsequent delivery is a sales document, like a standard order. For more information on sales documents.
Hope this Clarifies and Please Reward If Really Helpful,
Thanks and Regards,
