Daily check list

hi,all

can anybody please tell me how to address daily check list in sap system.i can create general task for each type of check list but where we can enter about result of each operation means after checking of each operation, my client wants to write ok or not ok against each operation in SAP system ,checked by whom etc.as they have one daily log book where they maintain all these records .Finally, their object is to track machine wise when this machine was checked ,what are the operation checked and by whom .???please through some rays.These are their daily activities.they are not ready to create order for these activities.So,please give some short cut method.

Hi,

You will have to do many ways, like

1. Using by Solution Manager, configuration of support desk/Dashboard.

2. Prepare one excel sheet for daily/Weekly?monthly for each row of task. ex:- ST22, SM21, RZ20 etc
