SOP- Product group- production plan capacity situation- error

i have created product group, production plan and rough cut planning profile. now, i want to check capacity situation thru MC82 in inactive version (go to Views ---> capacity situation -Rough Cut Planning-> show) but i observed that "show" menu is deactivated or gradeout. pls advise how to rectify this.

Pl. check the following:

customizuing settings:

MC7F: infostructure s076

In the capacity figure field value should be"PRODU"

Tcode OPU4:

Under rough cut scheduling field "SelID:roughPlng" value should be "3"

Chk box gen cpacity requirements "Tick"

Then master data :

Rough cut planng profile should be created for your Product group Only & its staus should be Released Gen.
